Flavorseal Introduces Seasoning Transfer Netting

Pre-seasoned Netting Adds Flavor and Shaping to Boneless Meats in One Step

Flavorseal’s Seasoning Transfer Netting combines the convenience of the patented seasoning transfer technology with the shaping properties of tight weave netting for a one-step process that forms, applies flavor, color and pattern to boneless and bone-in meats.

Seasoned netting is Flavorseal’s high quality tight weave netting with the seasoning and coloring pre-applied to the inside. Seasoning transfer netting streamlines the manufacturing process by eliminating the manual spice application step, reducing waste and decreasing mess and labor costs. Seasoned netting is available in a variety of patterns, and can be customized to the customer’s flavor profile.

Changing flavors on the line is quick and easy – just change the net. When processing is complete, the netting strips off cleanly and easily, leaving only the seasoned netting pattern on the surface.
