Flavorseal to Appear on the Innovation Stage at Pack Expo 2012

As part of the Pack Expo 2012 free seminar series, Flavorseal will be presenting a half-hour seminar on seasoning trends in retail deli meats on the Innovation Stage on Sunday, October 28 at 1pm.

The seminar will be presented by Rick Tarantino, one of Flavorseal’s corporate chefs and an industry expert in retail food marketing. In addition to reviewing current flavoring trends, an overview and video of Flavorseal’s latest seasoning technologies of seasoning transfer casings and seasoning transfer netting will also be included in the discussion.
